Hello all! Thanks for all your hard work, the MSRC is blessed to have so many talented and dedicated members!!!

For future reference, I have located a printer that will be able to mail merge the programs (to include addresses) and will be able to use their postage system (which is almost 1/2 the price of stamps).

Unfortunately, it wasn't up and running for this round. BUT it should be functional for election and the MSRC Annual Conference this spring. It is also less expensive than using Gamble & Schleimeier's office!

Next I will be getting the AARC CRCE approval application submitted (before October 3) so we don't have to pay a penalty.

Then I will be evaluating the room needs, if they meet the requirements for us to supply their room...the AV needs, handouts that need to be copied, speakers not bringing their laptops will need to email me a copy of their PPT lecture so I can assure it will load & function in our laptop.

Notice lunch is 11-12 both days...Starting time on day 1 is later than on day 2.

I had to cut 1 PFT and 1 Neo/Ped lecturer (we had too many speakers and not enough rooms) but everyone will have a topic that aligns well with their specialty area. Both speakers were sponsored and were speaking at another point in the program, so it wasn't a problem. I will be retaining them as 'BACK-UP' speakers in case we have any cancellations.
